Day 8-Dance of music

How do you take something like music and depict to visually?
Especially at a time when such technologies were unheard of-like CG and Animation and what not!
What kind of a brain takes up such ideas?
What kind of a special brain is this first of all to have conceived the idea and then to have risked the action?
I was dumbfounded at the idea of Oskar Fischinger-A German American abstract animator -and he did this as early as 1938.
My nephew was seeing this and was thrilled-I mean he is today's child and he is used to seeing the best animation movies in 3D-the Jungle books and the Ice ages and what not.He couldn't take off his eyes from the screen and clapped for a good 30 seconds after the short clip I showed him.The link is here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=they7m6YePo
That is the power of a unique creation-it surpasses ages and generations and all barriers of time. Such ideas are never outdated
I have been thinking on these lines today
How do you take a taste and give it a colour?
How do you take a colour and give it a tone?
How do you take a tactile sensation and express it in sound?
Wouldn't it be an exciting project?
Thank God....we have brains deeper than oceans and vaster than the sky...Thank God..Potential is limitless..Thank God..Dreams have no barriers!
